Our Philosophy

At JST we see movement not just as exercise, but as a way to explore life, yourself and the world around you. Our approach is rooted in diversity.Strength & mobility training, climbing, athletics, martial arts, dance, nature practice – we draw from many disciplines and combine them into one coherent process building a consistent and sustainable training process. What matters is not mastering a single skill, but learning how to learn, and allowing that process to change you.Our work is for anyone with an open mind. It doesn’t matter where you start, how old you are, or what your current level is. We meet you where you are and walk the path together – step by step, breath by breath, movement by movement.

Online Support

We love working with people from all over the world. Not everyone can join in person, which is why we offer to work together online.Online Support means that you receive guidance, training plans, video material, and ongoing feedback. It’s flexible. You can practice wherever you are, and still be connected to the process. This type of work allows you to dive deeper into certain aspects of movement and philosophy, and to practice at your own rhythm.

Personal Training

When there's the chance we also love working in person. For those who want individual attention, there is the option of one-on-one training.Here, the sessions are shaped entirely around your needs – whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, working on handstands or floor movement, or simply finding a healthier rhythm in daily life. Personal training can also serve as a starting point, before joining group training or online support.

Group Training

Group training is at the heart of JST. It's less individual in terms of the training content but it brings in the social aspects of training and will make your training process even more enjoyable.We meet in small groups, inside the Bewegungsraum Allgäu – a renovated barn in the countryside. The idea is not only to train together, but to learn and grow together: to explore new movements, to challenge ourselves, and to support each other. Workshops & Events

Workshops are a great way to connect with people and learn new things. They give the chance to step out of everyday life and spend a few hours or days fully immersed in practice.They can be focused on physical topics, like strength training, mobility concepts or floorwork – or more open involving philosophy, discussion, and reflection. Some take place in Hamburg, some in the Allgäu, and sometimes abroad. The atmosphere is informal and exploratory, more like a shared research project than a rigid seminar. Online Support

The Online Support (OS) is our way of working together beyond location. It’s made for people who want structured guidance and inspiration for their training – whether the goal is to recover from injuries, build strength, improve mobility, deepen skills, or simply feel more at home in their body.You don’t have to live nearby to be part of this process. Online Support allows us to share ideas, offer structure, and guide your practice step by step – no matter where you are in the world.There are two ways we can work together:
Offer 1 – Ongoing Support
This is for you if you want regular feedback and a process-oriented approach tailored specifically to you.
We design your training step by step, adjusting phases of 4–8 weeks depending on your development. Every two weeks, we meet for a feedback call (45 min) to discuss progress, questions, and new directions. The work is not only technical – it’s also reflective. You’ll get templates to track your own process and to look at training as a living practice. One which keeps you connected and alive.
Offer 2 – Training Module
This is for you if you want a clear plan but don’t need ongoing support.
After filling out an anamnesis form, we create three consecutive training phases (each lasting four to six weeks) that build on each other. Although the training content is tailored to you, it is less precise than with ongoing support – simply because the phases are all worked out in advance and not during the course of your process. They therefore serve more as training templates.

What Makes Our Online Support Special

For Jonathan, it is very important to provide direct support to people and to take their needs and stories into account.For this reason, he always ensures that only as many people are in online support at the same time as can be directly supported – so that the quality and individuality of the support does not suffer.For Jonathan, support also means being in direct contact and not just via written chat – that's why an essential part of the support is the biweekly feedback call, which focuses on your training and your questions.The feedback calls are what ultimately help you progress; this is where Jonathan shares his experience from over ten years of training in the form of technical corrections, cues and practical insights, giving you new perspectives and impulses for your future training.

Ongoing Support

€250 / month

Ongoing support for six or twelve months as described above and including:

  • Individual online anamnesis in advance

  • 6 or 12 months of continuous support & planning

  • Detailed training phases with theory, structure & exercises

  • Video material for all tasks and movements

  • New training phases (4-8 weeks) throughout the time

  • Feedback calls every two weeks (45min each)

  • PDFs with practical & theoretical material

  • Access to our Discord community
